100-Night Comfort Guarantee
We want to ensure you’re getting your very best sleep every night. If you feel like your mattress isn’t the right fit, you have the option to exchange it up to 100 nights after receiving it at home for one that suits you better—just contact our Sleep Experts on the phone, in-store or online. Please note that as it can take some time to adjust to a new mattress, we do not accept exchanges or returns under the Comfort Guarantee earlier than 21 nights after your purchase. One (1) Comfort Guarantee exchange is available per mattress purchase with a $65 exchange fee plus the cost difference between the replacement mattress of your choice.
