Add-On Delivery Services

Sleep better knowing that our enhanced Green Glove Delivery is a full-service offering, that provides you with delivery to the room of your choice as well as complete assembly and setup of your new bed. We will remove all excess packaging as well as removal of your old mattress, base and/or boxspring. We are dedicated to diverting all packaging and product from landfill and do our part to support the environment and our communities while building a better tomorrow.

Delivery Types

Depending on what you purchased, we will deliver to you one of the following ways:

Scheduled Delivery

What’s a Large Parcel?

Anything that can't be shipped via courier and is handled by our delivery teams. That means items like standard mattresses, bed frames, headboards, footboards, beds, and box springs.

For large parcels, our very own Delivery Service professionals on our own trucks.

Standard Free Delivery

  • Always free if order is $75+ *
  • Includes transportation, mileage and tolls
  • Home protection from outside elements
  • No-contact delivery where you want – inside of your front door, side door or even garage
  • Our team will call you in advance and give you a 3-hour delivery window, so you don't have to stay at home all day

Green Glove Delivery

  • Upgrade in checkout!
  • Includes all Standard services plus:
  • Complete assembly and setup of your new mattress, bed & base/ boxspring to your room of choice
  • Removal of all excess packaging material
  • Removal & recycling of your old mattress & base/ boxspring (equal to the number of pieces purchased)
  • Gloves and bootie covers worn over the delivery team’s shoes to keep your home clean

What’s a Small Parcel?

Anything that can be shipped via a courier (UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Purolator). This includes pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, sheets and any other small items.

For smaller parcels and packages. Once your order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for it to arrive.

Additional Notes

Delivery Restrictions

Free delivery is available on all large parcel orders over $75 before taxes across Canada except for the following areas:

Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland, and Labrador.

  • In these locations, a shipping surcharge of $120 will apply and we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive once it has been processed
  • Additionally, in some semi-remote areas, an additional charge may apply to purchases made in-store

There are no deliveries on weekends for courier shipments.

  • Standard and Green Glove Service is happy to bring your order to you on a weekend.

**Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or certain remote areas.

Tracking Your Shipment:

As soon as your order has shipped, we will email you detailed tracking information, so you can monitor your shipment's progress every step of the way.
To check the status of your order, please visit our "View Order Status" page. There, you will be able to track your order by entering your order number and email address.

Anything that cannot be shipped via courier (With the exception of our Mattresses-in-a-box) and is delivered by our delivery teams. This may include standard mattresses, bed frames, headboards, footboards, beds, lifestyle adjustable beds and box springs.
